Refund Policy

Returns for Changed Mind on hardware (Online Purchases):

• 14-day Return Period:

  Once you've notified the us, you have another 14 days to return the item.

• Full Refund:

  You are entitled to a full refund, including the cost of the outward delivery, for the cancelled order.

• Return Costs:

  You may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, but the seller should inform you of this at the time of purchase.

• 14-day Cooling-Off Period:

  You have 14 days from when you receive the goods to change your mind and notify the us that you want to cancel.

 

Faulty Goods:

• Initial 6 Months:

  If an item is faulty, you have the right to request a repair or replacement within 6 months of purchase, according to a Business Companion article.

• Legal Rights:

  You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA) if the goods are faulty or not as described

Refunds on monthly subscription

• If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription. you will be refunded any remaining days for e.g your on our £10 per month service and cancel 15 days in to the month. you will be refund for the remaining 15 days which would be £5.00
